• Take ownership of meaningful mobile and backend features end-to-end
• Drive improvements in performance, scalability, and code structure.

• Lead key technical discussions and influence where the mobile and backend platforms are headed.

Requirements

About You:

We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to help us build, maintain, and scale our modern applications. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute not only through hands-on development, but also by shaping architecture, mentoring others, and driving best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-stack backend-android development
• Solid knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Android
• Familiarity with microservice architecture, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Willingness to mentor others and contribute to a strong engineering culture
• A problem-solving mindset and a passion for building great products

• Micro-services built on Java/Kotlin

• S3: MinIO used for storage of images and other data
• DB: PostgreSQL/MSSQL/Oracle with a GraphQL layer

Android:

Working Hours & Location:

Compensation:

👋 Introduction Stage 

• Recruiter Screen [30 min. ]

🧑‍💻 Team Interview Stage 

We have a one single interview round that takes approximately 2 - 2,5  hours and is divided into two stages:

• Stage 1: Technical Interview (60 min)
  An interactive session with our technical team, focusing on your problem-solving approach and technical knowledge relevant to the role.
• Stage 2: Practical Collaboration (60~90 min)
  A hands-on session where you will work directly with our Software Engineers and Hiring Manager on a real-world problem. This is a practical, collaborative exercise designed to see how you approach challenges, communicate your reasoning, and co-create solutions in real time.
