• Accountabilities
• Architect, build, and maintain complex Android features using clean, efficient code.
• Implement high-quality UIs that accurately reflect design specifications.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services to ensure seamless and performant user experiences.
• Own critical components of the app, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high visibility impact.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ideate, plan, and deliver new features.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards and foster team knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve application performance, monitoring, and observability.

• Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Android development with strong expertise in Kotlin.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and traditional XML layouts.
• Familiarity with RxJava and Kotlin Coroutines for asynchronous programming.
• Solid background in unit testing, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: advanced proficiency in RxJava/Coroutines, experience with monitoring tools like Datadog or Sentry, mobile performance profiling and optimization, AI or agentic coding familiarity.
