We are looking for an Android Native Mobile Engineer with Kotlin Multiplatform knowledge to join our growing mobile team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about scalable, high-quality Android applications that delight users.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Android native applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Leverage Kotlin Multiplatform to share core business logic across platforms.
- Collaborate with backend and iOS engineers to design scalable, reusable solutions.
- Ensure application reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues quickly.
- Contribute to UI/UX discussions to ensure a seamless user journey.
- Participate in agile processes (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Android development.
- Strong proficiency with Kotlin and modern Android development (Jetpack, Compose, Coroutines).
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Understanding of REST APIs and mobile networking.
- Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (Hilt/Dagger).
- Knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows.
- Problem-solving mindset and collaborative attitude.
Will be considered a plus:
- Experience with Swift/iOS development.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso).
- Experience in e-commerce or B2C mobile products.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and Firebase integrations.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
