About Flutter Functions:

The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company

Role Overview:

Are you looking to kick-start your career in Finance? Join our team as a Benefits Intern and gain hands-on experience in managing employees flexible benefits programme.

This internship is a great opportunity to develop foundational skills in Finance while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing employees’ expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support the team in maintaining strong relationships with colleagues through clear and professional communication.
  • Help verify and process benefit-related documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Contribute to audit and compliance processes by following Finance guidelines and best practices.
  • Gain exposure to company policies and procedures to support benefits administration.
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Must Have…

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English.
  • Committed to being a reliable and supportive team member, fostering trust and collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various departments, fostering an environment of open communication and shared goals to achieve collective success

Nice to Have…

  • Basic knowledge of Finance or Accounting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
