About Flutter Functions:

The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company. 

Role Overview:

The Employer Branding Partner (2-year, fixed-term) will play a key role in supporting the delivery of core communication and employer branding activities for Betfair Romania Development.

The role will be part of the Employer Branding Team at Betfair Romania Development and will focus on bringing our employer branding strategy to life by working closely with key departments. The Employer Branding Partner will support key departments on their communication needs, leading and coordinating medium to complex projects and campaigns, whilst ensuring our brand identity, narrative, and EVP remain consistent throughout.

The role will have a key focus on Betfair Romania Development specific employer branding activities, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of projects and initiatives in line with stakeholder requirements and expectations. 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Partners with key departments to support them in effectively communicating key messages and programmes;
  • Ensures employer branding efforts reflect the needs of key departments and that our brand identity guidelines, narrative and EVP are reflected consistently in their projects;
  • Plans and coordinates employer branding campaigns to support the team’s objectives by adopting an integrated approach to communication and involving the right subject-matter experts;
  • Ensures key themes and topics are communicated consistently, up to date and following the brand guidelines across various communication channels owned by the team;
  • Ensures consistency, adapts and optimizes the employer brand communications to reflect the business needs and external market factors;
  • Uses the career website as the primary communication channel and puts it to good use in communicating key themes and topics;
  • Executes work on various communication channels, developing - both independently and together with the team - compelling communication concepts, content and copywriting materials to support strategy delivery;
  • Coordinates and implements onsite and virtual arrangements for campaigns, interviews and other employer branding productions;


Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required:

  • Previous work experience in Marketing/Communication/Advertising required;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian languages;
  • High level of creativity, attention to details, curiosity, and a passion for storytelling;
  • Knowledge in key areas as SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, PPC and SEM;
  • Experience in communicating content fit for purpose across different channels to different audiences;
  • Disciplined execution of projects responsible for meeting both the quality standards required, and the timelines agreed;
  • Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully and at pace;
  • Collaborative and flexible, comfortable with complexity and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Capacity to effectively manage a wide range of stakeholders, across the business;
  • Proficient English user (C1 level).
