We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust and scalable mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter code for mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility and implement design requirements.
• Integrate backend APIs, third-party libraries, and services to create comprehensive solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with Flutter updates, mobile development trends, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in Flutter development or mobile app development.
• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart for mobile app development.
• Experience with .Net, Node.js RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of state management tools (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and drive them to completion.
• Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Additional Information

• 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Proficient in app architecture (MVVM, BLoC, Provider), Firebase, and Git.
• Strong skills in CI/CD, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
