The Role
We are seeking a Flutter Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our diverse client base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend developers, to translate client requirements into robust, scalable, and elegant mobile solutions.
The ideal candidate has a passion for building pixel-perfect, smooth user interfaces and a strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable cross-platform applications using the Flutter framework.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and beautiful, responsive user interfaces.
- Integrate with backend services using REST APIs, GraphQL, and other modern data-fetching methods.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality, robustness, and usability.
- Stay up-to-date with new Flutter features, libraries, and industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team meetings.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance.
Requirements

- Proven experience building and shipping commercial applications with Flutter and Dart.
- Strong understanding of the Flutter framework, its core principles, and the mobile development lifecycle.
- Demonstrable experience with state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX).
- Proficient in integrating with RESTful APIs and parsing JSON.
- Solid understanding of Git and version control.
- A keen eye for UI/UX details and a passion for building exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)
- Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions).
- Knowledge of other backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python) or frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
- A portfolio of published apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
