Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, mobile application architecture, REST APIs, state management, and UI/UX implementation. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to build high-quality mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Implement efficient state management using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, or similar frameworks.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Debug and resolve application issues across Android and iOS platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and business logic.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Stay updated with Flutter releases, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- 1.5–3 years of experience in Flutter application development.
- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
- Good understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, animations, and navigation.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or GetX.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and API integration.
- Experience integrating Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config.
- Familiarity with local databases like SQLite, Hive, or Shared Preferences.
- Understanding of MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar design patterns.
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS application lifecycle.
- Understanding of app security and performance optimization.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with payment gateway integrations.
- Experience with Google Maps, location services, and push notifications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Experience with dependency injection.
- Knowledge of unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing.
- Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
