As a Frontend Engineer (React Native), you will play a key role in developing high-performance, mobile-first applications that are integral to modern product workflows. You will collaborate closely with designers, product leads, and engineers to deliver seamless user experiences across both mobile and web platforms. Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain robust frontend solutions using React Native and React.js, optimizing for performance, scalability, and cross-platform consistency.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert design specifications into functional, visually appealing code.
• Build custom components, features, and workflows tailored to customer needs.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Ensure alignment with high-quality graphic standards and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and incorporate best practices to enhance platform capabilities.
• Maintain online availability and responsiveness during agreed working hours (9 AM – 4 PM EST).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, preferably in tech or startup environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, React Native, React.js, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles across mobile and web platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
