This is a remote position.
We’re seeking a skilled iOS Developer to join a dedicated team working on a key mobile application within a growing digital ecosystem. The app is actively maintained and undergoing a strategic transformation to adopt modern Apple technologies and architectural improvements. This is a great opportunity to work in a product-centric environment, contributing to both stabilization efforts and exciting new features.
Location: Remote-first within Poland, with optional in-person collaboration in Warsaw or Gdańsk (1–2 times per month if preferred)
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core iOS features using Swift
- Lead the adoption of SwiftUI and modern concurrency in critical modules
- Refactor legacy RxSwift code toward Combine or Async/Await
- Translate Figma designs into responsive, high-quality user interfaces
- Write clean, scalable, and performant code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, QA, UX, and product managers
- Actively contribute to Agile sprint planning and delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial iOS development experience
- Strong proficiency in Swift and UIKit (Swift 5.6+)
- Production experience with RxSwift
- Solid understanding of MVVM architecture
- Ability to build views programmatically (no Storyboards)
- Experience working with REST APIs and Firebase
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Git (Bitbucket)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with SwiftUI, Combine, or Async/Await in production
- Familiarity with Swift Package Manager
- Background in fintech, e-commerce, loyalty programs, or large-scale mobile applications
