We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant / Functional Solution Consultant with strong expertise in the Capital Markets / Securities domain. The candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, define functional solutions, and support securities-related applications and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution requirements.
Work closely with business users, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Analyze existing securities processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support solution design, functional testing, UAT, implementation, and production releases.
Provide functional expertise throughout the application development and delivery lifecycle.
Ensure solutions align with business, operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Functional Solution Consultant in Capital Markets / Securities IT.
Strong combination of Securities domain knowledge and IT functional analysis.
Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 15022 / ISO 20022
Excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
Experience working in complex banking / financial-services environments is preferred.
