At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-level Android Developer to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview

As a Mid-level Android Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge mobile applications. Utilizing your expertise in Java and Kotlin, you will integrate UI/UX designs and APIs to create seamless user experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your contributions will be vital in driving projects forward and aligning deliverables with client expectations. Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy Android native applications using Java and Kotlin.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Integrate UI/UX designs to ensure an engaging user experience.

Implement API integrations to enhance application functionality.

Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards and mentor junior developers.

Contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills:

Proficiency in Java and Kotlin

Strong knowledge of Android SDK

English proficiency (B2+)
