Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences.</p></div></div><h3>What you will do: </h3><div><ul><li><strong>Lead the technical strategy and architecture for our Flutter projects</strong>, making critical decisions on state management, app structure, and native integration that ensure our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and high-performance.</li><li><strong>Mentor and elevate a team of Flutter engineers</strong> through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.</li><li><strong>Drive the adoption of engineering best practices</strong> by establishing and socializing standards for testing, CI/CD, performance monitoring, and code quality across the mobile team.</li><li><strong>Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend leads</strong> to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, challenging assumptions and advocating for sustainable architectural choices.</li><li><strong>Own the end-to-end quality and delivery</strong> of major product features, from initial concept and technical specification through to deployment and monitoring, ensuring we ship with confidence.</li></ul><h3><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">What you will achieve:</span> </h3><div><ul><li>Within your first 3 months, you will have established yourself as the go-to Flutter expert, taken <strong>ownership of a key project's architecture</strong>, and implemented a <strong>process improvement that enhances team productivity</strong>.</li><li>By the 6-month mark, you will have successfully <strong>mentored a mid-level engineer, guided the team through a complex technical challenge, and improved a key performance metric</strong> (e.g., app launch time, frame rate) for a live application.</li><li>Your leadership will be evident in the team's output, with a <strong>measurable increase in code quality, test coverage, and deployment frequency</strong> due to the standards and systems you've put in place.</li><li>Within your first year, you will have spearheaded the <strong>development and launch of a significant new product or major feature</strong>, on time and to a high standard of quality, establishing a new benchmark for mobile excellence at Fueled.</li><li>You will <strong>build a reputation as a multiplier</strong> whose strategic technical contributions and mentorship have a lasting, positive impact on the team's capabilities and morale.</li></ul></div></div><div><h3>About you: </h3><ul><li>You have 5+ years of <strong>experience in native iOS & Android app development, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter,</strong> and a proven track record of leading the development of complex, shipped applications.</li><li>You are a <strong>natural leader and mentor</strong> who derives satisfaction from elevating the skills of those around you and has a <strong>demonstrated ability to guide technical decision-making for a team</strong>.</li><li><strong>Your expertise in Flutter is deep and extensive,</strong> encompassing everything from advanced state management (Bloc, Riverpod), dependency injection and animations to crafting clean, layered architecture that stands the test of time.</li><li>You possess a <strong>strong strategic mindset,</strong> able to look beyond the immediate task to consider the long-term health, scalability, and business impact of the technical solutions you advocate for.</li><li>You are an <strong>excellent communicator and collaborator</strong>, capable of building consensus between technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating high-level goals into actionable engineering plans.</li></ul><h3><strong>Benefits & Salary</strong></h3><p>We offer competitive salaries and benefits.
