As we grow, we’re expanding into building our own products. We’re hiring a Lead iOS Engineer to join our Studio. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the technical direction of iOS development, build the next app hits, mentor a junior developer, and contribute to the evolution of the Kovalee SDK used across our apps. You’ll help define the future of mobile engineering at Kovalee.

• Develop and maintain internal iOS applications for the Studio team
• Lead the technical direction of iOS development across Studio projects
• Mentor and manage a junior iOS developer
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Kovalee SDK

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in iOS development; we’re open to diverse backgrounds and levels of specialization
• Deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit, with a strong portfolio of shipped apps
• Proven experience mentoring or managing junior engineers
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Design, and Leadership teams
• Hands-on experience with Swift Package Manager (SPM), SDK/library distribution, and integration in third-party environments
• Solid understanding of app distribution workflows, including TestFlight, App Store Connect, and release management
• Comfortable leading and participating in code reviews, maintaining high standards of code quality and technical design
• Bonus: experience in backend development (especially node.js), unit testing practices, and AI-assisted development tools
• You must be located within ±2 hours of Paris time (CET/CEST).
