Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers,
providing guidance and support in technical matters.
-Design and architect scalable, maintainable mobile applications.
-Collaborate with product managers and designers to define project requirements
and specifications.
-Oversee the development lifecycle from concept through delivery and
post-launch support.
-Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code reviews to
maintain high-quality code.
-Ensure applications are built with performance, security, and usability in
mind.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend
developers, and QA engineers.
-Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and
retrospectives.
-Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to React
Native and mobile development.
-4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus
on IT related field.
-Expertise in leveraging technology and tools (ATS,
recruitment software, social media platforms) to enhance recruiting efforts.
-Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance issues.-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
-Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion
initiatives in recruiting.
