Mid to Senior React Native Developer (Remote)

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React Native, JavaScript, and mobile development best practices. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using React Native.
Implement UI/UX designs into fully functional mobile applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and performance.
Work closely with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
Maintain clean, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to the company coding standards.
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
Implement and maintain state management solutions such as Redux and Context API.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
Manage and track code changes using Git and participate in agile development processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in React Native development.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and mobile development best practices.
Strong understanding of React Native’s architecture, components, and third-party libraries.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL into mobile applications.
Solid knowledge of state management tools such as Redux and Context API.
Experience with mobile performance optimization and debugging.
Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes (App Store & Google Play Store).
Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to translate wireframes into fully functional mobile applications.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
Familiarity with push notifications (preferred One Signal), and cloud messaging services.
Experience working with version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (a plus):

Experience with Expo, React Navigation, and native modules (Swift/Kotlin/Objective-C/Java).
Previous experience working with headless CMS and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Contentful, Strapi).
Experience with React Native performance optimization techniques.
Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows (e.g. npm, Yarn).
