Accountabilities:

In this role, you will contribute to the creation, evolution, and governance of a corporate Design System, ensuring scalable, accessible, and consistent digital experiences across different products and teams. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to improve engineering practices, solve complex challenges, and deliver high-value solutions.

Develop, maintain, and evolve reusable components, patterns, and architectures for a scalable Design System.
Establish and promote coding standards, technical guidelines, and best practices across development teams.
Design and implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges while aligning with strategic objectives.
Contribute to code reviews, quality improvements, and continuous enhancement of engineering practices.
Support troubleshooting activities, resolve critical issues, and encourage monitoring and post-mortem practices.
Review projects and initiatives to ensure incremental delivery of business and customer value.
Act as a technical reference in projects and external partnerships when required, coordinating technical discussions and solutions.
Improve collaboration between design and engineering teams through shared standards, documentation, and processes.

Requirements:

We are looking for a technically strong professional with experience in frontend and mobile development, Design Systems, and scalable software architecture. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with a collaborative mindset and a passion for creating high-quality digital experiences.

Strong knowledge of semantic HTML5 and native CSS3.
Proven experience developing and maintaining scalable component libraries and Design Systems.
Advanced experience with TypeScript and ReactJS for web applications.
Experience with React Native and familiarity with mobile development ecosystems; knowledge of Flutter and Dart is a plus.
Solid understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices.
Experience implementing unit tests for components using tools such as Jest, Vitest, or similar frameworks.
Experience managing Design Tokens and integrating them with design tools such as Figma.
Knowledge of creating business-rule-agnostic components and scalable architectures.
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and modern development practices.
Understanding and application of accessibility standards, including WCAG AA guidelines.
Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
