As an Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving project execution by collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead teams throughout the full development lifecycle. You will combine hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and maintaining a motivated team. We prioritize strong engineering fundamentals, architectural expertise, and a continuous eagerness to learn above all else.
Requirements
You should demonstrate:
â—Ź Verified experience in designing and developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
â—Ź Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and React Navigation
â—Ź Experience with optimizing application performance
â—Ź Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions
â—Ź Expertise with databases, specifically PostgreSQL or other SQL-based systems
â—Ź Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS
â—Ź Proficiency with version control tools like Git and GitHub
â—Ź Excellent debugging abilities and best practices in code organization
Work Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years in engineering leadership roles such as team lead or architect
At least 4 years of experience in mobile development, with a minimum of 2 years working with React Native
