You are expected to exert leadership and strategic thinking, as well as apply your technical expertise and support other team members.This is a great opportunity for you to join a team that is expanding its influence and starting to provide more advanced solutions, which are crucial for the success of the entire company. YOUR IMPACT<ul><li>Lead the front-end development in the Platform Services team.Design and implement straightforward solutions to complex scenarios.</li><li>Work closely with the product team to translate their vision and needs into technical approaches that make sense to the engineering team, and vice-versa.</li><li>Serve as a focal point in the communication with other teams and areas of the company.</li><li>Serve as a technical reference to the team and gain recognition as such across the company.</li><li>Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.</li></ul> WHO YOU ARE<ul><li>You are a specialist front-end software developer with strong expertise in React and React Native, along with a solid understanding of related technologies. </li><li>You have experience with distributed systems and modern system designs, including cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, Backend for Frontend (BFFs), Micro Frontends, as well as web and mobile applications. </li><li>Your background includes designing and developing complex modern mobile and web applications. </li><li>You have worked on developing RESTful and GraphQL web services, collaborating with front-end teams to create mockups, define payloads, and adhere to HTTP best practices.</li><li>Additionally, you have experience in architecting large-scale, multi-tier web applications.</li><li>As a team player, you thrive in collaborative environments, providing mentorship to junior colleagues and actively seeking support from peers. </li><li>You communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, and can articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in both Portuguese and English.</li><li>You have a strong desire for learning and self-development, and you hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or possess equivalent professional experience. </li></ul>We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
