IT Risk & Compliance Analyst - Flutter Functions, Hybrid

The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment,
responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including
finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless
operations and strategic alignment throughout the company.

Role Overview:

Working in the Flutter Functions service operations team, this role is responsible for maintaining the risk register, driving improvements and reporting.

You will be eager to learn and highly motivated.  You will have the ability to communicate well at all levels and have a tenacious mind set to ensure all risks have the required amount of data and updates.

You will help maintain and monitor risk assessment processes, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and provide administrative support to the Operations Manager.

You will have responsibility for supporting Compliance processes such as managing recertification and asset management.

Working closely with other teams under the Head of Service Management you will feed into regular reports and support the identification and raising of risks identified from Acceptance into Service, Incidents, Problems and Changes.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

·       Risk Assessment Support: Assist in the identification, documentation, and analysis of potential risks

·       Data Analysis: Support the collection, consolidation, and analysis of risk data to identify trends, potential exposures, and emerging risks

·       Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal stakeholders

·       Reviewing Risks: Ensure all risks are reviewed in line with the current process

·       Monitoring Risk Controls: Assist in monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of risk control measures and suggest improvements where applicable

·       Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Group Risk on reviews and to ensure the process meets their requirements

·       Support Risk Reviews: Participate in regular risk assessments, audits, and reviews to ensure all risk-related activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements

·       Compliance: Support recertification processes to the required frequency for licence usage and CMDB accuracy

·       CMDB management: Provide support to ensure the CMDB is maintained accurately

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

• Basic knowledge of risk management principles and practices

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the risk management field

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work well within a team and independently

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Jira.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills as candidate will have to deal with all areas of the company at all levels
