In this role, you’ll work directly with Fortune 500 clients to help them design, implement, and optimize their applications using Ditto. You’ll collaborate closely with skilled engineers and cross-functional teams to not only solve complex technical challenges but also influence the evolution of our platform.</span></p><h4><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You’ll Do:</span></h4><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Empower Developers</strong> - You will be the expert on best practices for developing mobile applications using Ditto at scale. Using that expertise you guide enterprise developers through their Ditto journey through solution design, demonstration of best practices. The delivery of this expertise will take a variety of forms including code examples, conducting both virtual and in-person workshops and creating engaging demonstrations and how-to materials.</span></li></ul><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Deliver Quality Solutions</strong> - You will be the trusted advisor to the customer throughout their implementation and successful production deployment. You will be working alongside their developers providing guidance and input to their Ditto code base.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Ensure Success</strong> - Working alongside our Technical Support team you will be on-hand to help navigate and complex technical issues in both functionality and performance. You will help overcome hurdles and accelerate the customer’s journey into production and ongoing smooth operation . </span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Drive Innovation and Adoption</strong> - Develop new use cases on Ditto and drive adoption of the Ditto platform.
