We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to drive the development and optimization of mobile applications that reach millions of users. This role focuses on building scalable Flutter apps, migrating native iOS applications, and implementing robust, high-performance features. You will work in a collaborative, remote-first environment, contributing to cross-functional teams and providing mentorship to fellow developers. Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-quality features using Flutter (Dart) and native iOS (Swift).
• Develop scalable Flutter applications and migrate existing iOS apps to Flutter.
• Write comprehensive test cases to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance.
• Mentor iOS developers transitioning to Flutter, sharing best practices and guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Debug complex issues and implement efficient solutions across mobile platforms.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements, code quality, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience with at least 3 years in Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and Swift programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with MVVM or VIPER architectures and Clean Architecture principles.
• Familiarity with Flutter widgets, state management solutions, and iOS frameworks.
• Solid understanding of S.O.L.I.D principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Flutter database frameworks and iOS-specific technologies.
• Expertise in optimizing app performance, implementing security best practices, and ensuring scalable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote environment.
