Senior Flutter Developer (b2b/freelance)

Scale Tech is a development agency partnering with clients across different industries to build high-quality digital products. We work with a range of exciting clients – from fintech to logistics – and we're growing our team of senior engineers to meet increasing demand.

We're looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our team on a full-time basis (40h/week) and contribute to multiple client projects. You'll work across different industries – including fintech and digital banking – building modern mobile applications used by real end customers.

One of the key projects involves building a brand-new mobile application based on an already existing web platform. The product focuses on investment and portfolio management features, including secure authentication, portfolio overview, stock tracking, payments integration, and real-time financial data connectivity.

The first MVP is planned for delivery within 4–5 months, after which the product roadmap continues with additional features and long-term development plans. You may also contribute to other mobile modernization and redesign projects within the fintech space.

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Take ownership of features end-to-end – from architecture decisions to delivery
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and real-time data solutions
• Contribute to code reviews and uphold engineering standards across projects

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart
• Strong grasp of mobile app architecture and state management
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Good English and Lithuanian communication skills

• Experience in fintech or regulated industries
• Native iOS/Android development background
• Experience working on MVP-stage products

• €30–40/hour (B2B/Freelance contract)
