Now is the time to jump onboard. <hr> </div>As a Senior Flutter Engineer at Bash , you will work on an ever-evolving ecosystem of shared modules and components (Flutter mono-repo) used to deliver experiences to customers on their mobile device. In this role you will work on the Bash Mobile App by adding new features, maintaining and resolving any issues that arise, refactoring old code into new structures and working together with the teams to build upon our Flutter ecosystem.This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is moving fast to provide a world class shopping experience. <h3>Skills you already have:</h3><ul><li>A passion for building frontend experiences.</li><li>BSc Computer Science Honours or equivalent is encouraged (strong work experience can fill this gap).</li><li>3-5 years of relevant work experience in Flutter.</li><li>Experience in bridging native & Flutter code (plugins/packages).</li><li>Experience building production-ready mobile applications in Flutter.</li></ul> <h3>Nice to have but not required:</h3><ul><li>A strong understanding of different design patterns in mobile applications (MVP, MVVM, BLoC etc).</li><li>Experience in testing in Flutter, and familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment in Mobile Applications.</li><li>Experience working with REST & GraphQL APIs.</li><li>Experience with other languages outside of the mobile space, specifically C#, Python, JS/Typescript or Golang.</li><li>Some experience in other mobile frameworks like Android (Java/Kotlin), iOS (Swift) ReactNative.</li></ul> <h3>What you will do day-to-day:</h3><ul><li>Work with various teams within the Experience Division to deliver experiences that focus on helping customers.</li><li>Work on the Bash Mobile App.</li><li>Work on the BFF (Backend for Frontend).</li><li>Manage and optimise high traffic products while also being comfortable building POCs to kick-start new initiatives.</li><li>Explore, ideate, validate, and build products that ensure our users have a clear and easy path to purchase.</li><li>Define metrics and track progress against them regularly.</li><li>Communicate plans and progress to cross-functional partners and leadership.</li><li>Drive the execution and delivery of your team’s goals.</li><li>Help mentor colleagues.</li></ul> <h3>This job is for you if you are:</h3><ul><li>A team player who is always ready to support and collaborate.</li><li>A data driven decision maker with strong opinions and a bias for action.</li><li>A strong communicator who works well with others, and welcomes feedback.</li><li>Motivated leader who takes initiative and excels by taking ownership.</li><li>Knowledgeable about architectural patterns for systems and code.</li><li>Genuinely passionate about technology and problem solving.</li></ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h2> </h2><h2>JOINING THE BASH TEAM</h2><hr>We empower our people to choose where they would like to do their best work, with the tools they need to get there but we also encourage our teams to travel so we can also make magic happen face to face.
