You bring 5+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. You will thrive in this role if you are: <ul><li>A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo </li><li>A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing </li><li>Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data </li><li>Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) </li></ul>Role responsibilitiesAs a Senior Frontend Consultant within our organization, you will be a part of the team building e-commerce solutions for our clients who need to handle the daily challenges of scaling, resilience, and performance. You will work in an agile way in cross-functional global teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will develop innovative approaches for displaying rich datasets to users in an easy-to-use, intuitive way. You will be expected to develop features, take part in the estimation process, conduct the code reviews and assist less senior developers. As Consultant, you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and the means to communicate complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally. <h3>Must have qualifications</h3>To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: <ul><li>Expertise in HTML5/CSS3, including preprocessors like LESS/SASS, and methodologies such as BEM.</li><li>Over 5 years of hands-on experience with React.js.</li><li>Ideally 1 year experience with React Native.</li><li>Strong experience with Next.js.</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.</li><li>Hands-on experience consuming REST APIs.</li><li>Knowledge of Git and version control systems.</li><li>Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.</li><li>Awareness of SEO standards and how they apply to front-end development.</li><li>Familiarity with unit testing and related testing frameworks.</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively in Agile and Scrum methodologies within cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills with a high sense of accountability.</li><li>Advanced level of English proficiency</li></ul> <h3>Nice to have qualifications  </h3><ul><li>Experience working with Azure cloud services.</li><li>Exposure to Node.js development.</li><li>Familiarity with Commercetools or other headless commerce platforms.</li><li>Interest or experience in modern front-end tools and processes.</li></ul>If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
