Job Description

• Develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications using clean code.
• Implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that match designs.
• Diagnose and repair bugs and performance bottlenecks for native-like performance.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and assist in implementing mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves quickly and frequently breaks things.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

General requirements:

• At least an intermediate skill level of English.
• Able to be onsite full-time at the client's office per project assignment.
• Likely have 3+ years of experience depending on how fast you are learning and developing technical capability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to obtain deep knowledge of project technologies.

Technical requirements:

• Strong experience with React Native.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Ability to write well-documented and clean Javascript code.
• Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest.
• Comfortable in building a single page application including front-end routing, 2-way data binding, client-side rendering and JSON-based RESTful APIs.
• Practice knowledge of website optimization techniques and fast page load times.
• Passionate about building great UI/UX apps.

Nice to have:

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries that are more powerful than jQuery (e.g. ReactJS/Angular).
• Experience in Android/iOS native development (Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective C).
