Senior React Native Engineer (iOS) (Remote - US)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Engineer to lead the development of a brand-new iOS mobile application from concept to App Store launch. In this role, you will own the full 0→1 lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration. You will work closely with product and design teams to craft high-quality, performant, and intuitive mobile experiences. This position offers the opportunity to set technical foundations, establish best practices, and influence cross-platform development standards. You will contribute to reusable UI components, developer tools, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating across web and mobile teams. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering beautifully designed, scalable mobile apps that impact thousands of users.

Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the iOS application with a focus on performance, reliability, and seamless user experience.
• Partner with product and design teams from ideation to release, including testing, CI/CD, and App Store publishing.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and scalable architectures for mobile development.
• Collaborate with web engineers to ensure consistent user experiences across platforms and share cross-platform technical insights.
• Develop reusable UI components, sample apps, and internal tools to accelerate SDK adoption and simplify development workflows.
• Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment, ensuring smooth and stable release cycles.
• Take ownership of end-to-end mobile development problems, providing innovative solutions and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of iOS application development experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record of taking an iOS app from concept to App Store launch.
• Highly proficient in React Native, modern React, and iOS Swift, with strong knowledge of mobile development tooling, testing, CI/CD, and publishing workflows.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and ship solutions quickly.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and web engineering.
• Detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile experiences.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to experiment, iterate, and optimize.
