Join us.</p></div><h3><strong>About the role and why it's unique:</strong></h3><ul><li>Work on cutting edge projects focused on gamifying and building unique features into our fantasy and sports betting products</li><li>Design and develop clean, well-structured, and performant features — your work will be used by millions of our customers</li><li>Work closely with other product-minded individuals to shape and deliver the next wave of transformative fantasy and sports betting products</li><li>Collaborate with client engineers and product stakeholders from start to finish, openly communicating issues, asking clarifying questions, and raising concerns when needed</li><li>Advocate for best practices to create strong foundational development practices for our growing team</li><li>Grow in a high-agency environment where you have equity in technical decision-making and are accountable for those decisions</li><li>Learn from some of the best engineers and leaders in the fantasy and sports betting world while bringing your own unique perspective; we elevate each other to make Underdog the best sports gaming platform now and for the future!</li></ul><h3><strong>Who you are:</strong></h3><ul><li>Product-minded engineer with 5+ years of software engineering experience developing apps in a consumer facing company.</li><li>Passionate about software development, with 1+ years of professional iOS development experience using Xcode, Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, MVVM, Xcode Cloud, Amplitude, <a href="http://Proxyman.io">Proxyman.io</a>, XCTest, and XCUITest</li><li>Collaborative by nature and passionate about fostering best practices for the betterment of the team</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills with both engineers and product</li><li>Experience using GitHub, Xcode and Firebase</li><li>Experience using Swift and SwiftUI</li></ul><h3><strong>Even better if you have…</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience in fantasy sports and/or sports betting</li><li>Worked through a significant growth phase of a company</li><li>Built dashboards in or spent time grokking info from DataDog or Amplitude</li><li>Developed apps reliant on real-time data</li></ul><p></p><p><em><br>Our target starting base salary range for this position is between <span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">$150,000 and $190,000</span>, plus target equity.
