Transparency is another important factor. </p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain React Native applications with clean, well-documented, and tested code</li><li>Implement new features and improve existing ones for mobile platforms, ensuring performance and scalability</li><li>Write and maintain unit tests to guarantee code quality and stability</li><li>Participate in technical discussions within your team</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver impactful solutions</li><li>Review code, provide constructive feedback, and follow best practices in engineering hygiene (source control, coding standards, CI/CD)</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>6+ years of professional software development experience, including solid expertise in React Native</li><li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in building production-grade applications</li><li>Good knowledge of mobile development practices, UI/UX optimization, and performance tuning</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS3, SASS and cross-platform design principles</li><li>Basic working knowledge of React (web), Java, and Go to collaborate effectively with backend and full-stack teams</li><li>Experience with SQL databases and API integration</li><li>Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with persistence to drive solutions to completion</li><li>Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work directly with customers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders</li></ul><h3>English level</h3><p>Fluent</p><h3>Legal & Hiring Information</h3><ul><li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li><li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li><li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
