One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer - React Native in Pakistan.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality front-end mobile applications for various software platforms using React Native. Your key focus will be ensuring that the functionality, security, and performance of the application meet the required standards. Additionally, you will lead a team of software engineers, mentor junior developers, and guide them in building robust applications. You will also have the opportunity to explore new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends to drive innovation in your team.

Accountabilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for mobile applications.
• Estimate task completion times, write clean code, and implement unit tests to ensure high-quality development.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust solutions.
• Continuously optimize applications for security, performance, and functionality.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide status updates, gather feedback, and ensure requirements are met.
• Manage version control and code updates while maintaining consistency across platforms.
• Research and integrate new technologies to improve application functionality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on React Native.
• Expertise in rendering components using Native APIs and transitioning from native iOS/Android development to React Native.
• Strong experience with Typescript and GraphQL databases.
• Proficient in working with REST APIs, FAST API, offline storage, and the document request model.
• Familiarity with Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Java is a plus.
• Solid understanding of CSS, HTML, and writing cross-platform compatible code.
• Knowledge of design patterns, version control (e.g., GitHub), and experience with JIRA or other collaboration tools.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a flexible attitude.
