Technical Support Officer - macOS and iOS

We are seeking a Technical Support Officer to provide technical assistance and support for our company’s Mac and iPhone users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering excellent user support.

Employment Type: Contractual employment

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for macOS and iOS devices (MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones).
• Install, configure, and maintain Apple devices and related applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email issues.
• Manage device setup, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Support Apple ID, iCloud, MDM, and device enrollment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, etc.).
• Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
